A full groom covers the bath, haircut or trim, nail clipping and filing, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, fluff drying, and a brush-out. Extras like de-shedding, flea baths, teeth brushing, and hand stripping can be added.

Bring them in and Isabel will take a look. Depending on how tight the mats are, she will either work them out gently or recommend the kindest clip for the coat. Regular brush-outs between cuts are the best way to stay mat-free.
